Life Coaching vs. Psychotherapy
A life coach helps you identify your current obstacles and how to resolve them. A psychotherapist explores issues such as family of origin and deep emotional trauma in order to unravel particular symptoms and behaviors. Therapy will help to identify obstacles from your past that stop you from moving forward.
